Who I Am

At Gold Butterfly Permanent Makeup, I believe that my clients and their individual needs come first. But in an industry flooded with new procedures, I must make sure that health and safety are never compromised. Therefore I take a precautionary approach, always opting for safe and tested solutions. I will do their utmost to get to know my  clients, and work with them towards finding the right procedure for every concern they might have.

Gulnara Kurtz has been married since 2005, and is the mother of two children.

Policies

Appointment  deposits . 

 

Upon booking you first appointment a $100 non- refundable deposit is due to secure the appointment. An invoice will be created and must be paid immediately to secure your spot. The deposit is to ensure that you are serious about the appointment.

Please be mindful this procedure takes anywhere from 2-3 hours and that time is marked off and scheduled just for you. The $100 deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your initial procedure and the remaining balance will be due on your appointment day. 

 

Cancellation  policy .

 

Please kindly give a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to give us an opportunity to rebook your appointment time and avoid a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is $100 (ie your booking fee).

 

Micropigmentation is a time-intensive service. In booking your appointment, we are reserving a designated amount of time specifically for you. We require a $100 booking fee in order to reserve this time for your appointment.

 

The booking fee is non-refundable, if you need to cancel and do so 24 hours prior to your appointment, the booking fee is transferrable to another appointment date. If your appointment is cancelled under 24 hours or you no show, you will forfeit the booking fee.

 

 

Touch  ups .

 

Your first touch up after your initial procedure is $100. This perfecting session cannot be scheduled sooner than 4-6 weeks and no later than 90 days following your initial session. The perfecting session is essential for best results. Additional touch-up appointments may be needed for individuals with oily and problematic skin. 

 

Please note touch ups are for clients that had the initial procedure with Gold Butterfly Permanent MakeUp. If you have had work done elsewhere this is considered a new client and is subject to the "new client rate". 

 

Permanent makeup is not a one time process. Healed results will vary from person to person. No guarantees can be or will be made. For optimal results and long term care of you of your permanent makeup, proper aftercare is critical. 

 

Existing  tattoos . 

 

If you have had previous work done to the area you wish to have new work, please email a clear recent photo to pmugoldbutterfly@gmail.com for review and approval.

Aftercare Instruction for Eyebrows:

Right after the procedure, the skin around the area might be red, swelling, the color looks darker then the final result - it is normal.

Be very careful with the area around the tattoo.
Tonight: Before you go to bed, please carefully wash the area just 1

time with antibacterial soap, then wipeout with clean towel.

Over the next 5 days: Do not sleep on your face, touch, pick, pull, apply make up to, or get wet the permanent cosmetic area.

Avoid:

hot steamy showers,

hot tubs,

jacuzzi,

swimming pool,

sun exposure.

Do not apply any skin products that contain:

Retin A or Glycolic Acid on tattoo area.

For eyebrows, use a very small amount of Aquaphor every morning and evening for 5 days (until the eyebrows are healed).

The color may change as you heal , it usually gets lighter.
When scabs are coming off, it might look like there is no color under, it is normal.

The finish look and the final color of the permanent cosmetic area will be achieved within 4-6 weeks. During your touch up appointment (not sooner than 4 weeks) we will address any shape or color imperfections.

   

For increased longevity and quality preservation, please avoid exposing your permanent cosmetic color to the following:

Chlorine pools

Chemical peels

Direct sun exposure

Scrubs

Retin A

Glycolic acid

Please understand that if you touch any tattooed areas with hands you can potentially cause an infection. If that happens, please contact your doctor.

Aftercare Instruction for Lips:

Right after the procedure, the skin around the area might be red, swelling, the color looks darker then the final result - it is normal. 

Be very careful with the area around the tattoo. 

Over the next 5 days: Do not sleep on your face, touch, pick, pull, apply make up to, or get wet the permanent cosmetic area. Do not eat salty or spicy food, do not drink hot drinks. Avoid hot steamy showers, hot tubs, jacuzzi, swimming pools, sun exposure.  Do not apply any skin products that contain Retin A or Glycolic Acid on tattoo area. 

For lips use very small amount of Aquaphor every 2 hours. 

As you heal the skin will scab.You might notice that scabs have color in them and as they come off some color will come off as well, it’s normal. The color may change as you heal , it usually gets lighter.
When scabs are coming off, it might look like there is no color under, it’s normal.

Please, rinse your eyes gently in the evenings and mornings and apply a very small amount of Aquaphor every morning and evening for 5 days (until the eyelids are healed).

.Over the next 5 days: Do not sleep on your face, touch, pick, pull, apply make up to, or get wet the permanent cosmetic area. Avoid hot steamy showers, hot tubs, jacuzzi, swimming pools, sun exposure.  Do not apply any skin products that contain Retin A or Glycolic Acid on  tattoo area.
